Mary, the mother of Jesus, was with Jesus for his very first miracle of turning water into wine (John 2:1-11).

Mary believed in miracles, because she had first hand experience of the IMPOSSIBLE becoming POSSIBLE. So when she saw that they had run out of wine at the wedding at Cana, she knew that her son Jesus could do something about it.

Mary tells the servants, “DO WHATEVER HE TELLS YOU.” Mary knew how critical it was to follow Jesus's instructions exactly, just like she and Joseph followed Yahweh's instructions of birthing Jesus, naming Jesus, and keeping Jesus safe from Herod.

At the wedding, a miracle manifested, because the servants did exactly what they were told.

Jesus told the servants, “FILL the jars with WATER … Now DRAW some out, and TAKE it to the steward of the feast.”

The servants had the potential to lose their job, if the water was still water, when the steward tasted it. But instead of letting fear overtake them, the servants obeyed Jesus's instructions, regardless of the possible outcome.

They obviously had faith. And because the servants ACTED on their faith, regardless of how silly the instructions sounded, Jesus was able to MANIFEST HIS GLORY.

The servants did EXACTLY what Jesus told them.

As a result the servants were probably REWARDED for mysteriously finding the most excellent of wines for the rest of the wedding. The steward called the bridegroom and said to him, “Every man serves the good wine first; and when men have drunk freely, then the poor wine; but you have kept the GOOD WINE UNTIL NOW.”

Without Jesus’s miracle, the wedding most likely would have ended abruptly. Because the servants did exactly as Jesus instructed, THE IMPOSSIBLE BECAME POSSIBLE, and the CELEBRATION continued.

The bridegroom in this story represents Jesus. We are Jesus’s Bride!!! AND we are Jesus’s servants!!! As Jesus's Bride and as his servants, we benefit from the best Jesus has to offer us when we do WHATEVER he tells us to do!

So, what is Jesus telling you to do?

Is he asking you to forgive a friend, relative, or coworker?

Is he instructing you to go to church or start reading your Bible? Is he telling you to love someone, like he would love them?

Is he guiding you to have a tough conversation with someone?

Is he encouraging you to start a new business or career?

Is he leading you to tithe your time or money, for his Kingdom purposes?

Is he pleading with you to stop listening to the enemy? Is he begging you to repent and turn away from your worldly ways, or a specific sin?

Is he telling you to reveal a deep dark secret, so that you can begin to heal your wounds?

Is he nudging you to spend time with him listening for his voice? The list goes on and on….

What EXACTLY is Jesus telling you to do?

If you don’t know, then you need to first spend time listening to his voice, and then DO WHATEVER HE TELLS YOU, so that you too can experience MIRACLES in your own life!!!
